Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@solevian.net. Please note that returns must be sent to the original shipping address.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged Items or Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order separately for the desired item.


14-Day Right of Withdrawal – European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
